Application Process
Application Submission: You can apply online through North Carolina’s ePASS system. Alternatively, you can apply in person or by mail.
Interview: After submitting your application, you will need to complete an interview.
Qualification: To qualify for SNAP benefits, you must meet certain requirements, including income and resource limits. SNAP eligibility is determined by household composition, age, disability status, and income.
Decision and EBT Card: After the interview, wait for a decision on your application. If approved, you will receive an EBT card to access your benefits.
