Tourist Sues Borough After Scooter Incident
Attorneys for 91-year-old Donald Gillingham are suing the Ketchikan Gateway Borough after an incident involving a scooter on a public bus. They claim the scooter wasn’t properly secured, leading to it tipping over and causing serious injuries to Mr. Gillingham, including broken ribs and a punctured lung.
